JUST offers special achievers the opportunity to 'win' a place on an annual incentive trip every April. The aim was to make the incentive very prestigious and sought after so employees would continue to work harder to get there. This led to the creation of a logo and visual concept to use on all relevant communications - it needed to be on-brand but also retaining its own exclusive identity within the brand.
For the Florence 2019 event, I produced a personalised delegate booklet, luggage tags, gala dinner menu and table cards. The winners were thrilled by the event and the items designed for it.
