These were to test different creatives to see how they would perform, using alternative imagery to the more traditional approach. The main focus was to encourage customer calls so a prominent, eye-catching CTA was key.

In terms of response, both ads were pretty equal overall. The overall consensus was that the house creative has a stronger link to the Just business and as a result is now the lead theme in their campaign.

A poster for internal use, to demonstrate the ways in which HUB puts the customer first, supported by data and statistics presented as infographics. The design was well-received by the exec, who commented:

HUB Passport to Success
An internal website designed to help new recruits progress through the various levels of achievement required. We introduced a fun concept, Passport to Success, where every level is featured as a 'visa' which highlights each time it is reached. The ultimate aim being completion of all required 'visas' to visually complete the Passport to Success.
